Why Did I Build

"Sell Smarter" ?

A buoyant real estate market can be "forgiving" of the common mistakes homeowners often make when selling. However, in a softer market I would often watch capable, well-intentioned homeowners suffer the consequences of avoidable mistakes, perhaps underselling their property. Not because they didn't do their best, but because they lacked the insight to see how their early decisions (before the property was even listed), quietly eroded the final result.

Within an industry built for speed and turnover, I tried many ways to bridge that gap with last-minute guidance, but there was never enough time and it was often already too late - those decisions had already been set in motion. The scene had already been set for a slower, less successful sale process.

Now that I have retired from selling property, I have found a way to help homeowners, right from when they first start preparing to sell. "Sell Smarter" is the result. I have condensed over a decade of real estate experience into a short, structured course designed to give homeowners clarity before they commit to a strategy, when better decisions can still make a difference.
